Hi Nisha. I made your chicken vegetable and rice dish last night which turned out beautifully. Just one query, I found the cumin flavour a little overpowering. I've used several of your recipes since I joined , and they have all been fantastic. Considering I've only started cooking Indian dishes this year it can only be down to your lovely mannerism and easy to follow videos.
