Notes

You can use minced pork turkey or minced lamb, but in that case I would add an extra big heap teaspoon of cumin powder into the mix if you’re going to do that. Also fry for a little bit longer. Feel free to blitz coriander leaf or any herbs into this kebab it makes it even more delicious.
