Asian supermarkets will have it - methi leaves or google Derby Dave spices - always super fresh.

Loved it! Added some sliced green chillies for a bit more heat and left out the pomegranate seeds as not keen on them- was delicious and well definitely make it again 😋

How can I make Tandoori Masala. I live in France so don’t have great access to spice mixes, but have a good selection of whole spices so would be interested to know how I can make it.

OK SOOO it is a tricky one but if you use 2 tbsp paprika powder 2 tbsp garam masala 2 tsp fenugreek powder that will get you some of the way there
