This was incredibly tasty. I ran out of gram flour so ended up using chapati flour instead (godhuma dosa), with Mowgli Sticky Wings. The star was definitely the potato curry.

This is on my list to make but… my body does not cope with too much oil. Can the dosa be cooked with less oil without spoiling the taste?

I really tried to reduce the oil- Look then try with less but maybe just use the gram flour and get the mix to a thin pancake consistency the dosa will be softer and more pancake like not crisp though but delicious
