A red pepper is lower down on the ingredients list, however the recipe doesn't state when to add. I'm assuming before simmering for 50 mins, unless it should be fried off with the green pepper?

I'VE MADE THIS TONIGHT, BUT I USED A RED PEPPER INSTEAD OF A GREEN ONE. IT SEEMS QUITE HOT, EVEN WITH ONLY HALF A TEASPOON OF CHILLI POWDER. PERHAPS IT THE THINLY SLICED GREEN CHILLI. TASTES GOOD ANYWAY.
