Add 6 tablespoons of neutral oil to a pan and heat. Add two white diced onions, five cloves of garlic minced, and 3 inches of ginger minced. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and fry on a medium heat until the onions are nice and golden.

I added 3 chilies pierced but i wanted heat- you can leave them out or add 2 for medium heat

I would go with flatbreads and yoghurt with chopped coriander- make tacos with them
