Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Take 3 chicken breasts diced or 4 thighs bone in or out. Place in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon of salt, a good grinding of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of Kashmiri red chilli or a tablespoon of paprika powder and rub together. Set aside.

Excellent but used bone in chicken thighs and cooked for 35 mins before adding the purée.

Fantastic! Loved the flavours. We amped it up with a few extra green chillies and 1tsp of chilli powder instead of half tsp. Not too hot.

Very simple recipe, as long as you've listened to the basics that Nisha describes in all her videos. Preparation is key, get everything ready and then just add. I loved it it, only given four because I cant give five for everything. Delicious 'finest green' if you know, you know.

yes absolutely- use boiled potatoes. butter beans or any veg in lieu of the meat and vegan dairy
