Another fabulous dish and fish is something we don’t eat enough of. We had Sea Bass as the fish and Jeera rice was a great accompaniment.

Second time of cooking this one. Did cod first time and swordfish this time as much more meaty / holds it’s shape better

I used monkfish pieces, also just used tinned coconut milk and omitted the creamed coconut to be slightly healthier. Thought it might lack flavour because of that but it still tasted great. Really enjoyed it.

Made with Barry Mundy (barramundi), in Australia so can’t always get cod. Rice is on the naughty step. Another delicious dish. Thanks for the inspo, never eaten so much Indian food! But with your app you can make so many dishes with the staples in your pantry. Just need to add the protein. Fanx. Xx
