Hi, first time using the app. I’ve used your garlic/ginger cheat with the frozen cubes making my own curry, which has worked a treat thanks. This first recipe asks for garlic and ginger in different measurements… how many frozen cubes should I add instead? I’ve bought the 400g bag of cubes from our local South Asian supermarket. Also, is there a calculation that will help me work through this on other recipes? Thanks

the way I work it is add one cube per person served- so if it is for 4 people go 4 cubes etc
