Step 1
Season 300 g of peeled cooked or uncooked prawns, or 3 large shell-on uncooked prawns per person, with 1 heaped teaspoon garlic granules, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon Kashmiri or mild chili powder. Rub the seasoning into the prawns and set aside.

What’s the difference between garlic granules and garlic powder in this recipe please?

not much to be honest- the granules are saltier and coarser so you dont need salt- the powder is just the garlic hit so adjust the seasoning

You could try frying cassava flour or polenta flour if that is GF

Yes absolutely or on their own as a starter but the crumb mixed with rice is delish
