Loved the spice of this curry. Gravy a little thin and will reduce the amount of water next time I cook it .

This was delicious however, i think you have to be careful with the water. It was far too runny for us, if anyone has any hints or tips to know when to and not to add water that would be amazing ! 😍

I can’t find the frozen garlic and ginger purée, can you point me in the right direction please? I live on the Wirral so anyone knows a store I’d would be very thankful!
