I made this to accompany the pot roast Juniper beef dish. My husband usually cooks, and him being Irish means he usually boils the cabbage. Today, I surprised him with this meal ( I included mustard mashed potatoes) and he loved it. I added a leek ( as we live in Wales) and spinach......DELICIOUS! The cabbage is delicious!!!

Hi Nisha This dish was absolutely delicious! I like a bit of heat and thought initially this would be on the mild side but no, it had just the right amount of heat punch. I didn’t have the fenugreek (just ordered) so will be making again with this addition. I am so enjoying all of your beautifully demonstrated recipes through the Curry Club. Thank you!
