I’ve just joined the club today and this is my first attempt. Absolutely beautiful. I used a little honey when adding crème fraiche just to bring up the sweetness. Thank you. 😀

Could chicken stock or even chopped tomatoes be used instead of plain water? I plan on making this tonight.

Could you add tomato puree as Spoon measurements please - I looked at your video and copied as I wasn't weighing puree! I couldn't find funugreek powder or leaves so I bashed some seeds and threw them in. I couldn't find dry masala blend so I bought a jar or paste. Essentially I've made a different recipe 🤣. However, I will go to an Asian shop and buy the correct ingredients and try again. Perhaps also add a splatter warning on the soup blitzer - turmeric stains all over the place!

I went to Mowgli in Nottingham last night , it was amazing food and first time me and my husband have eaten at your Mowgli establishment as we live in Stamford and we don’t have one unfortunately. It was FABULOUS !! I had the aunt prawn curry and my husband had the mother butter chicken both so delicious !! And great service too . It was early 5pm as we were going to a concert at The Motorpoint arena and it was very busy ! So glad I joined your curry club thank you xx
