This was really tasty and the whole family ate it! A winner for sure. I would like to do a beef korma and was wondering if you have a recipe for that? Thanks

Thanks. That would be amazing. I assume it would need a long cooking time to make the beef tender.

Hi! I’m having a curry ‘murder mystery’ night tomorrow and I’m just prepping all the bits! I’m keen to marinade the beef overnight… any advice on this? Which steps should I follow?

Hi I would add the garlic and ginger to the meat and 3 tsp garam masala- then folllow the recipe so you are adding more garlic ginger and GM

Had this tonight. Really good. We had with paratha but probably better with rice as it was quite intense.
