I am partial to a potato or two and this recipe is super super delicious!! I did not have white poppy seeds this time but I used sesame seeds instead. It was incredibly good. So easy to make too. Thank you Nisha!

My husband said these are the best potatoes he has ever had and will not have potatoes any other way now! They are delicious and so simple.
