I made a chicken version and a veggie version with the easy pilau rice for a birthday celebration specifically as the guest of honour doesn't do spicy. My husband on other hand does and dislikes kormas intensely........however he loved this and fully converted to having it again 🎊😋

I personally don’t like korma but I am planning a birthday meal and thought I would try this out before the birthday. All I can say is wow what a curry . Super easy and much much nicer than I thought it would be. I am a convert and this will definitely be a meal I cook regularly. Thank you

What's best coconut milk to use? Most tinned stuff have nasty hidden extras? Usually use the block with hot water?
