Quickest Shrimp Curry

This simple curry is as close as Bengali Indians get to a stir fry. These little brown shrimps are what we love fried and dishes like this are eaten with rice and a drizzle of mustard oil if you can get it!

Made this today for 3 persons. I used King Prawns instead of shrimp. I only had 1 green chilli, so I added a half of orange chilli. Looks like it's turned out OK.

Lovely and easy. Used regular prawns as no shrimp. Also didn’t want to open a tin of tomatoes to use such a small amount so used 8 cherry tomatoes cut into quarters.
