Dhansak is my go to curry, especially when I try a new restaurant. Had it cooked for me by a Parsee family a long time ago and fell in love with it. This is a great recipe. Great taste. I’d probably use slightly more chilli powder next time, but a lovely dish with a couple of Paratha
