Quick and easy to make. When I saw the spices thought it was going to be complicated, but wasn’t! My 23yr old son tasted it and said it was delicious and he doesn’t eat fish!

The patch photon when fried was an amazing fragrance, Made my own, equal amounts of nigella, fennel seeds, methi, mustard seeds and cumin. Anyway love y with sea bass and some roasted potatoes.
