Quick Delicious Chicken and Pumpkin Curry

In this video I put the butternut squash in law but it takes longer to cook if you can pre-steam it so that it is just soft or pre-boil that makes things a lot quicker but it works either way

Butternut squash or pumpkin chopped but not necessarily peeled if the skin is soft; the cubes are easiest for ginger

How much chicken is used as I cannot see it in the recipe, also do you use 1/2 pumpkin. Not sure if the amount of pumpkin or squash relates to the quantity of liquid. Can I also use a few fresh curry leaves I have hanging around in my fridge in this curry

Thanks so much for this message. Yes half a butternut squash cut small and either pre-steamed all in raw is fine. Cut it small though. Also yes you can add curry leaves and just do that by frying them at the beginning with the onions and garlic
