Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Place 400-600 g diced lamb in a roasting dish. Add frozen pearl onions or 3 small diced onions. Add 1 tsp turmeric, 3 heaped tsp garam masala, 1/2-1 tsp chili powder, 3 tsp cumin powder, a bay leaf (optional), and a cinnamon stick (optional).

Assume I could do this in an electric slow cooker? Prep in the morning and leave on low all day... I'm now going to be scouring the supermarkets all weekend for whole baby onions 🤣 Looks delicious but it will take some doing to beat the pork vindaloo which is now a weekly must!
