Made this tonight. Super easy & quick. Really surprised at how amazing it tasted with only a few spices & ingredients. Also have used your rice cooking method for many years now (panic point/heat off lid on.) perfect rice every time. Will certainly making this on a regular basic. Thanks Nisha.
