Made this last night and it was absolutely delicious. Dhansak has always been a takeaway favourite for me - and I was staggered at how easy this recipe was to make. What's the best way to reheat refrigerated leftovers? And does anything need adding when reheating - more lemon juice etc? Thanks

a splash of water and on the hob in a pan is great but honestly the microwave works too but dahl does swell so add a bit more water

Amazing Flavour! Loved every mouthful. Mine didn’t appear quite as vibrant as yours. Having watched the Garam Massala video I’m wondering if it’s because I have been using the supermarket version.

I use rich tomatoes in the tin- so a ciro or napolina and just up the turmeric

Made a big batch of your Chicken Dhansak (using the recipe from your book) to take up to my daughter for her university freezer for January! Delicious! Thank you 🙏🏼 (Korma too but that’s already in the freezer bags 😆) She has a peanut allergy so is never brave enough to order a curry from a restaurant so this keeps her happy.
