Just joined the curry club, I did Chicken Dhansak on Friday, spicy Indian fish cakes last night and now waiting for my home style chicken curry to cook! I added potatoes and spinach ……. smelling fabulous 🤞

Is it possible to use chicken breasts. My family don't like children on the bone and also we have a huge tray of chicken breasts to use up from Costco

Just cooked this curry, Absolutely loved it. Many thanks, and your lesson on cooking the rice has come in very hardly too. Thanks so much looking forward to trying some of the other recipes.

It was very nice although we couldn't find green Cardomom powder up here in Scottish Highlands? So knew there was something missing! Will definitely make again when we do find ingredient
