Absolutely loved this. Added a little to much chili and so added some coconut cream to cool it but I would for sure add that again next time. Maybe will try it tonight with some halloumi instead of the butter beans.

I made the sauce/gravy for this the night before and finished cooking on the day. Hubby and daughter both veggie and they really enjoyed this. The sauce is incredible!

Sorry no photos, but had the family over this Easter… the theme a festival of India. I cooked the butterbean and cranberry, your Bombay potato curry and the spinach and Dahl with a chicken tikka massala (sorry not one of your recipes). However, the favourite with everyone was the butterbean and cranberry!!! And that was from all full on meat eating family!! All your recipes were to die for! Happy Easter and thanks for the recipes. Xx
