2nd recipe I've made, beginning to smell like the Bombay Curry House in here! Loving it, a great Rogan Josh, far better than the jars of cooking sauces. Easy to follow instructions, running out of garam masala already! Sorry no piccie, it was eaten too quick, lol

Absolutely delicious and so easy to make. I followed the order of ingredients in the video, as opposed to the written recipe which is different, so I don't know if it would change the flavour. Either way, loved it.

Could I make this with lamb and just simmer it a bit longer to make sure it's tender?

When you simmer - should you have the lid on the pan? Or will this create the curry to be watery?!

I would always half cover- leaving enough room for steam to escape but to allow air in to help

Delicious ! I even used the proper fenugreek leaves. Using the App and switching between the video, the ingredients and the method, just makes cooking this meal come alive for me 🤩

One of my favourites so far. I love the chunks of potatoes and the taste of cinnamon in the sauce. I couldn’t find any fenugreek leaves but I suspect this would not have made much difference in the long run. I let the pot simmer while I made the rice and found that this was an ideal length of simmer to properly cook the potatoes.

It’s a shame the cooking instructions don’t adjust if you alter the amount of people it’s for. You have to keep double checking from the ingredient list. Love the app though so well done - great curries.

Wow wow wow. So delicious and pretty straight forward to do. I couldn’t find fenugreek leaves so had to use seeds but just one teaspoon. Potatoes were firm but that was fine. Loved it, just upped my curry game again. Thanks Nisha!
