Can I keep using the same oil each time I make my onion bhaji?

yes for the batch of batter yes but after you have made them all get rid of the oil as it is v pungent

Recipe says 300ml of water regardless of servings ?surely it need less or more depending on amount of flour etc ?

I’ve just worked it out - I was using thermometer in F instead of C so fat not hot enough 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️😵‍💫
