Delicious! I followed the recipe to the letter and it was a great success. My wife was wondering if you could add potatoe and peas to the batter and cut back on the onion. This is a great appetizer for a BBQ!

I love onion bhaj and will defo try yours. I bake mine and use buckwheat flour which for reasons I don't understand gives a great flavour.
