I tried adjusting the recipe to be made for two people. All the numbers changed except for the quantity of lamb. Surely this is incorrect?

Recently made this delicious curry. One question can you recommend a good garam masala. The supermarket ones seem stale and flavourless. Thank you

This is my next recipe to cook. I made the butter chicken and it was amazing. Question-can you recommend a non toxic coated authentic curry pan I can buy please, I don’t mind investing in one that will last for years. Thank you.
