This is really lovely. Instead of cooking the chicken with the rice, I added some pre-cooked airfryer chicken (your recipie) at the end, which gave it a really tasty kick. A big hit , this one. Thank you .

What a delicious dish! I made this on a whim and didn’t have coriander and as my husband refuses to eat vegetables, there isn’t any. But I cooked some tender-stem broccoli for myself. I will certainly make this again. It’s very easy and very tasty. Served with a squeeze of lime juice. Yum!!!

Everyone loved this, I've made it twice, once with just vegetables. Had so much, I had it cold the next day as a salad- works really well.

It was very tasty. But I found it a bit dry on its own. How would you eat it? Would it accompany a curry sauce?? I think I would omit the chicken in future and make a chicken bhuna with it

Quick to put together. I threw in any veg I had. Mange tout, peas, mixed peppers. Then had the long wait for it to be ready. Haha. Tastes lovely

To my utter delight and astonishment, my chicken fried rice looked just like yours Nisha! The taste was amazing! My wife thoroughly enjoyed - as did I. It was easy to follow - and this is my very first effort at cooking my own Indian dish. Thanks to your enthusiasm in your presentation, I couldn’t help but decide to try my hand at cooking. We’ve just had a kitchen renovation - so it’s time for cooking!

I very gently reheated this dish for lunch today. It was a triumph - of course! Our guests gushed over it - accompanied by (shop bought) vegetable Samosas. Everyone loved it - cook once, enjoy many times. I would also appreciate instructions on safe methodology to heat a cold dish up - or indeed, if it best served cold?.❤️

Nisha, may I ask if you would consider making available a list of must have spices and herbs, good to have spices and herbs and herbs and spices rarely used - along with anything I can add to my shopping list it’s for a complete Newbie please? I am going to tackle your Butter Chicken, Onion Bhalus and vegetable rice this week🤞🙏❤️ My apologies if you’ve already posted this list - but I haven’t come across it so far. Thanks all the way from Ontario in Canada Take care, Steve Donohoe Steve Steve

Nisha, is there a section that recommends must have herbs and spices, good to have herbs and and herbs and spices required for occasional use please? Similarly, recommendations for quantities and recognizing quality Hearn and spices please. I live in Canada and we don’t have a whole of choice sadly. I live in Ontario. We’d love to have you grace us with your presence Nisha🙏 I bought the Curry Bible before I realized that I might be able to get my book signed on my next trip home🥲 If you are interested in visiting, my wife and I have plenty of room for you and your family. Take care, Steve Donohoe
