Method

Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Set a large wok style pan over a medium heat. Add the oil, onions, ginger and garlic and fry until brown. Now add the chicken and cook for two to three minutes. Add all the spices, ingredients and apricots and stir for 3 minutes. Now add the water and simmer with a lid on over a medium to low heat for 15 minutes.

Forgot to take a photo, made this for 4 but would easily have fed 6, not a quick dish to make but well worth it. I used chicken thighs instead of breast and added jumbo prawns at the last cooking stage.

Forgot to add, I didn't seal the pot with dough, I used tin foil under the lid. The rice was cooked perfectly.

Dough??? Before I cook, is there a sauce in this? I'd be grateful if someone could let me know I have the correct recipe list/instructions before I cook also?

It has a bit of sauce- its not very wet but I actually like it with a bit more sauce so add a touch more water to the recipe to make it saucy
