Think I pre-boiled the potato's for too long and did end up being too loose but apart form that it tasted wonderful, thanks again 😀👍

I thought about doing this Jackie but I didn’t and it turned out fine as I didn’t want them falling apart. I did add chopped fresh tomatoes though. I’m doing it again tonight and might add hard boiled eggs

Boiled eggs sounds great! I did par boil the potatoes when I made it again. Worked perfectly. But I only use James Bartlett Roosters and they never fail me 🤗

Forgot to add that my husband won’t eat veg so I left it out…this time!! He eats more than he knows though 🤗
