Heat 3 tablespoons of neutral oil in a pan. Add two small chopped onions, 3 inches of ginger as paste, and five cloves of chopped garlic. Add one green chilli or more to taste. Cook until the onions are nice and brown.

I use peas and small cubed potatoes. I also hard boil eggs and then spike then with a sharpie knife and add them to my keema covering the eggs with the meat so they take on the flavour
