I can't get 'tinned' anchovies. Would you be able to advise a weight recommendation?

Hi Nisha, I'm thinking about upgrading my pots and pan set. I mainly cook stews, curries and pasta dishes. I'm seeing titanium pans advertised everywhere. Are they all they're cracked up to be? Any advice or recommendations? Thank you, Fintan. 👋

Made it per the recipe first time around and felt there was too much oil. Second time around halved the oil and added an additional can of finely chopped tinned tomatoes
