Made this today. Don’t think it needed the sugar for me. But then I did add in chestnuts which are a bit sweet. FYI when you try to scale up it only scales up the ingredients not the quantity of sprouts

Love this Nisha. I added smoked pancetta and chestnuts (instead of cashew nuts). It was truly delicious and everyone wanted the recipe!! 😀
