Unfortunately this dish does not freeze as potato always defrost very badly but you can make the sauce and freeze the sauce and then when you are ready add it to boiled potatoes and simmer through for five minutes when the sauce is defrosted

Good with the Chicken Fried Rice recipe; perhaps I may try some other vegetables in the dish next time.

First dish I have made after joint the CC. Beautiful dish and so easy to make. Wow, never thought Authentic Indian cooking could be so easy! Cannot wait to get a butter chicken on tonight with the family and warm through these leftovers.

Hi Nisha, is the Hot English Mustard you are adding? Could you use mustard powder? I'm in Australia

First recipe from the site! Added a wee bit more chilli powder because I like it quite spicy, but tastes good! Serving with some pitta bread later.

Beautifully simple method to follow. Perhaps I should have used a different type of potato. I followed the recipe completely ( used alternative to harkic as husband has an allergy), but a lot of the potatoes broke down too much. Taste is ok, but needs something else to give a bolder flavour.

That’s my attempt, this was a nice, easy recipe to follow, great way to get rid of the leftover potatoes, I put some large red chillies in that needed using too,

I made your delicious Bombay potato curry. It's perfect and it's my new favourite. I am new in Indian foods and spices. Before I tried cumin and I just couldn't like it. I learnt from you it's needed to roast it a little bit and I love it. One little note to the video. Firstly I cooked with you from your Instagram page and there is more speaking comments which is missing from here at app. I really enjoyed your talking about ingredients and comments, makes the cooking more enjoyable. ❤️ Thank you
