I love that the ingredient quantities adjust for the number of people. Would it make sense to leave quantities out of the method, though? I made this at the weekend and happily got to step four before realising the quantities mentioned in the method were for eight people… I was cooking for two. Oops. The upside is we now have a freezer full of very tasty Rogan Josh!
