I love all forms of chai, and this was great. I’ve always bought the ground, dry tea spices you can buy from Asian supermarkets- like the MDT T-plus or a tea masala. Now I’m living in Belfast it’s hard to find a good one. Ones I’ve bought recently have too much pepper in, and I can’t quite get a good recipe to make my now. Do you ever make chai using a ground spice blend? If so what recipe do you use?
