If you have Kashmir Chili powder use that, if not 2 heap teaspoon of paprika powder will do and will make it milder. Garnish with chopped coriander and served with rice or chased up a flatbread. Or just with a spoon in a corner with the telly on.

Could you swap the chicken for paneer? Same goes for any of your chicken dishes actually or does this alter the flavour/texture etc?

Hi Nisha, what do you mean when you refer to a big teaspoon and heaped teaspoon? Are they different sized spoons or different amounts of spice on the same size spoon? Many thanks, Alan x
