Made this using chicken drum fillets. Tasted absolutely amazing. Will try making again with chicken breast. Really now understand the difference between spice heat and chili hot heat.

So tasty and simple. Thank you. A tad dry for my preference (not by any means a criticism). If I wanted to make it a little more saucy, any suggestions on what to tweak?

2nd attempt. My daughter found the first attemp too hot. Reduced the chilli to a quarter tesspoon, and replaced the Kashmiri chilli with Paprika. Quick and easy. Turned out fine.

The dish was unreal. I got a recipe for red lentil pancakes to go with it. Do you have any recipes for alternatives to rice such as these? Thank you for all the great recipes 😊

Could you swap the chicken for paneer? Same goes for any of your chicken dishes actually or does this alter the flavour/texture etc?

Hi Nisha, what do you mean when you refer to a big teaspoon and heaped teaspoon? Are they different sized spoons or different amounts of spice on the same size spoon? Many thanks, Alan x
