Omg I’m no cook but this recipe is absolutely phenomenal We are having this with the Bombay potato curry for tea, the kids have been in three times asking when will dinner be!

Tried this and it was so much nicer than I thought it was going to be. Yes, I realise that makes me sound judgemental; I just wasn’t sure it would be good as a standalone dish. I am so glad I was wrong, and will definitely be making this one again!
